cmc88 Platform Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Account" refers to a member account officially registered on the cmc88 platform with a unique username and password.
• "Platform" refers to the cmc88 website, mobile application (if any) and all related services operated by cmc88.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount in a member's account, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional credits granted by the platform as part of a promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial activity in the account including deposits, withdrawals and wagers.
• "Services" refers to the full range of offerings on the cmc88 platform including slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and other available games.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use the cmc88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during use:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be acting under pressure, coercion or undue influence from any other party at the time of registration.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent or intermediary for any third party.
• Have not previously had a cmc88 account closed or suspended due to a breach of terms.
• Be depositing funds from a legitimate source and not from proceeds of illegal activity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the cmc88 platform. Owning multiple accounts, whether directly or through another individual, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Member Responsibilities

As a cmc88 member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities throughout the period of platform use:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and whenever personal details change.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential, and not share your account with any other party.
• Report any suspicious activity, unauthorised access or security issues to the support team promptly.
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
• Not attempt to cheat, exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the game system in any way.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

cmc88 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia to make transactions easy for members. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

cmc88 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, the member will be notified through the registered official channel.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

cmc88 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus:

• A welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal is permitted.

The bonus can only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, device or payment method. Any attempt to obtain duplicate bonuses through dishonest means will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

All other promotions announced by cmc88 from time to time are also subject to specific conditions that will be stated in the respective promotion announcement. cmc88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gambling

• Set time and money limits before playing and stick to them.
• Avoid making betting decisions when emotional or under pressure.
• Do not try to recover losses by increasing your bets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content found on the cmc88 platform, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the exclusive property of cmc88 or its content providers, and is protected by international copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the cmc88 platform without prior written consent from management.

The cmc88 trade name, logos and business name are registered property. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

cmc88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice if any provision of these terms is breached. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Attempted fraud, exploitation of bugs or manipulation of the gaming system.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions in breach of the stated conditions.
• Suspected money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Behaviour that disrupts or threatens support staff or other members.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and security checks have been completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

cmc88 is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except where directly caused by our gross negligence or misconduct.

The cmc88 platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors or viruses. However, we continually work to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely for the benefit of all members.

10. Amendment of Terms

cmc88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

We will endeavour to give members reasonable advance notice of material changes through registered communication channels. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Members are encouraged to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of any changes in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws underpinning the international licence on which cmc88 operates. cmc88 operates under a valid international licence and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process. Members may submit complaints through our official support channels. We are committed to addressing every complaint fairly and within a reasonable time.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent authority, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
